Introduction:  
Every Monday and Wednesday at 7:00pm - Rain or Snow! 
This a FREE Group Run Hosted by Fitness First Health Club in Arlington Center thanks to 
STEVE PEPE of SRR.  Free to all — open to runners of all levels of ability.
Race Course:  
During the winter, the run will begin on a quiet neighborhood street in Arlington Center 
and proceed down low traffic streets, and end back at the starting point. 
Race Logistics:  
Runners meet inside or outside the Fitness First Health Club, which will provide a place 
to change clothes and leave a bag. Bathrooms and water before and after the run will also 
be available. 
Parking is free after 6:00pm at the meters on Massachusetts Avenue and in the municipal 
lot behind the club. Runners can also take the 77 bus from Harvard Square or the 67 or 
79 bus from Alewife Station.
