A good ole fashion post race feed of Ravioli & Meatballs cooked up by the Big Fella for the gals & guys who dare to do something different & fun in Worcester's Urban Jungle tonight followed up with a few home cooked chocolate chip cookies and a few cold beers--next week Atlantic cod on the grille, rice & tartar sauce:>)

Mucho thanks to the local yocals who are supporting this and an extra special thanks to the "Men of the Empire One Running Club" who are going above and beyond the call of running duty to be supportive...little do they know it but "The Men of the Empire One Running Club--"Fat" Tony Lucia & Mike Butler are receiving a complimentary all inclusive race vacation package to the upcoming 2006 Four Points by Sheraton Hyannis Marathon, Half Marathon, 10Km & Marathon Team Relay under their Christmas Tree in 2005:>)
